Career

Before starring on Misplaced (2004), Lilly worked a wide range of different jobs. She apparently labored as a flight attendant, waitress, and completed oil changes on large rigs.[citation needed] To fund her college education, she modeled although she never considered herself a model. She appeared on G4's Judgment Day and in an uncredited position within the 2003 film Freddy vs. Jason as a excessive-school girl leaning in opposition to a locker, and a few appearances in just a few episodes of Smallville as an extra. She had a visitor appearance on the ABC supernatural horror sequence Kingdom Hospital (2004). Lilly's first talking position, however, was on Lost. She studied appearing at The Yaletown Actors Lab with writer, director David Palffy and was first discovered by agent Jeff Palffy, previously of Ford Models, now with PMG Management in Vancouver, who was instrumental in her first break on Lost.

When Lilly was solid as Kate in Misplaced, her foremost concern was acquiring a piece visa to enter the United States. With production actually days away and no news about the visa, casting administrators were compelled to grudgingly begin re-casting the function of Kate. After almost 20 auditions, Lilly's work visa was authorized/cleared but she arrived on set a day late.[
